Project Submission Guide
Before you upload your music you'll need to make sure that the files have been prepared as shown below. If your project is managed by a third party, please direct them to this page or pass on a copy of the printer friendly version linked below.
Audio File Specifications
Please prepare your audio files in one of the following formats.

Multitrack Project Notes
For clients submitting a multitrack project for mixing and mastering
| Preparation requirements | |
| • | Multitracks must be bounced from bar one / beat one of each song |
| • | All tracks should be the same sample rate, bit depth and duration |
| • | Peak levels should be -12dB to allow for analogue comparable headroom |
| • | Submit your project at the original DAW sample rate and bit depth, do not resample your audio |
| • | Virtual instruments should be rendered to audio |
| • | Your tracks should be clearly and descriptively named |
| • | Do not apply signal processing such as reverb, delay, noise reduction, compression or limiting |
| • | We do not accept DAW project files, multitracks must be audio only |
| • | Check your tracks for clicks, plosives & vocal sibilance |
Stereo Mix Project Notes
For clients submitting a stereo mix project for mastering
| Preparation requirements | |
| • | Your premaster should be supplied at the original sample rate and bit depth |
| • | Peak levels should be no more than -6dB |
| • | Do not apply cropping, trimming, fade ins or fade outs |
| • | Do not apply signal processing such as compression or limiting |
| • | Do not apply dithering |
| • | Check your mix for clicks, plosives and vocal sibilance |

Sharing You Project
You can send your project to Songroom using a free online account provided by Dropbox. In addition to the generous 2GB of storage allowance, you'll be able to share your tracks with band members and promoters.

| • | Download and install the applicable app |
| • | Locate the Dropbox folder on your device |
| • | Open the app and your files will be upload automatically |
| • | Share your online project directory with Songroom |
